A few weeks ago I bought this book, I fell in love with the small babyquilt and just by using the pictures in the book I tried making one myself..it's so much fun to make one...
I went over my wardrobe, my pile of pieces of fabric and by the time I finished my search I ended up with a clean house...
I did use old buttons, pieces of tablecloths, handkerchiefs, and even the Tommy Hilfiger shirts I found in my husbands wardrobe..I hope he won't miss them...since I've cut them in thousands of small pieces...

this pink fabric is about 70 years old, it was used to cover an old cradle.
